According to recent studies, poverty ranks as the number one concern for people in Israel. An estimated 1.7 million people, 850,000 of them children, live below the poverty line, barely receiving one meal a day. With parents struggling to keep a roof over their heads, thousands of children go to bed hungry.

These unfortunate individuals feel like victims of war, with each day a battle to find food and simply survive.

 40 Relief Centers located in cities throughout Israel
 14   Free Restaurants serve hot and nourishing meals every day
 8   Power of Giving Warehouses collect and distribute clothing and furniture to those in need
 1,700   Meals on Wheels delivered daily to the elderly and homebound
 5,000   Hot meals distributed each day to hungry school children
 15,000   Prepaid food cards distributed to needy families and Holocaust survivors

We are on the offensive with an eye on winning this fight! But we need your help in completing a major relief effort.
