In response to the poverty crisis affecting over 1.5 million people in Israel,
Meir Panim distributes:

  • 5,000 Meals for Children daily
  • Thousands of daily meals in Free Restaurants and Meals-on-Wheels
  • 1,200 Meals-on-Wheels delivered daily to the elderly and homebound
  • Thousands of Prepaid Food Shopping Cards to struggling families
  • 30,000 daily meals in the Israel Nutrition Center (end of 2010)
